Q: Can I return/exchange things?
A: RETURN POLICY
Pen and Inked Studios will accept returns within 14 days of item delivery. Buyer MUST contact Pen and Inked Studios to initiate a return. Buyer must pay for return shipping costs. Item must be received in original condition. Restocking fees of $0.50 USD per item apply.
Pen and Inked Studios DOES NOT accept forced returns and will not refund item costs in forced return instances.
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Past the initial 24 hour window, Pen and Inked Studios DOES NOT offer order cancellation.

Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: Make sure to check the bar at the top of the website. This will always have the most accurate processing time. Please note, processing time is the amount of time it will take for your order to ship, this does not include transit time. Orders in the USA are estimated at 3 day shipping, dependent on weather and USPS complications.
Q: How will you ship my order?
A: All orders are sent in a flat rigid mailer via First Class Parcel Service of USPS. All domestic orders will have a tracking number attached. I do not provide tracking for international orders.
Q: Can I ask for custom stickers?
Q: Can I get a difference size vinyl decal?
A: Sure! Send an email to email@example.com or submit a query through then Contact page. Decals can be cut in different materials (heat transfer vinyl) upon request as well!
